Lloyd R. "Rusty" Lane - Controller

Controller Lloyd R. "Rusty" Lane’s diverse financial background includes work at a Big Four accounting firm along with varied corporate experience. A certified public accountant (CPA) and certified fraud examiner (CFE), Lane came to Global Vehicles U.S.A., Inc., in 2009. Previously at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP, he managed CPAs, advised management regarding implications of financial concepts, pending legislation and regulations and developed key financial data and drivers for activity based costing models.

Prior work included a stint as a manufacturing accountant at EBSCO Industries, Inc., a $4-billion (annual revenues company), Evans Services, Inc., a multi-million dollar plumbing/HVAC company and Video Industrial Services, Inc.

His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in accounting, from Birmingham-Southern College and MBA from University of Alabama at Birmingham.
